The Space:
There is no better place to be. Plan a perfect getaway at Rockaway Beach. Enjoy all the area has to offer or head into Branson (11 Miles away) for all the fun filled activities of Branson!
You will have an adorable cottage to spend your downtime in after all the activities of the day. This home features a nicely equipped kitchen, newly updated AC in the main area plus an additional AC unit in the bed room, and plenty of room for the group to hang out. Step out outside and take in the sounds of the lake and the amazing views.
Sleeping Arrangements
Bedroom 1 – Queen size bed (sleeps 2)
Other Things to Note:
**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pets in the guest count area, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.
**Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee.
**Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
**No cats allowed. For all other pets please contact us.
**Minimum booking age is 21.

Very nice small place close to water. Some views from porch. Fridge didn't get very cold but otherwise everything was very nice. Great being a short walk from the island. Porch wasn't screened; that wasn't clear from pictures. Overall very nice stay and would definitely come back.

Had a nice stay here. Close to Branson. I would suggest to have an extra blanket for the bed... My husband runs cold. Or a throw or 2 for the living area

It was cute and cozy and all the amenities we needed were there. We had a little trouble finding the place because there are multiple cottages and they’re numbered but not in order. Suggest that you tell the cross street when you give directions and address. Also, even though it was a somewhat crowded Cottage area - it was very peaceful We were comfortable and we were close to fishing and Branson. We enjoyed the steamboat Branson Belle. Locally we enjoyed the Mercantile and the sweet lady Jamie that runs it. We would recommend the Cottage.

The cottage was clean but the Roach issue around the kitchen cabinets and kitchen sink is a concern. And bed sheets need stripped and washed after each guest as I found mouse droppings between the fitted and mattress covers sheet. The host did offer to spray for bugs and said they would improve the cleanliness. We truly liked the cottage other than those two issues. Great for a couple’s getaway, loved the Christmas decor, the view from the covered porch is amazing, bed and pillows were very comfortable, water pressure in shower was great! just the small details included (the generous hooks in the bathroom, makeup wipes, the little night lights, Branson discount attractions coupons that were NOT expired yet. lol. I used a few!). We had everything we needed for a nice stay. I don’t expect any cottage to be perfect, it is an old community of cottages so I understand there will be some issues. I did appreciate the great communication and their willingness to make things right. I believe this host would go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable!
