The Space:
There is no better place to be. Plan a perfect getaway at Rockaway Beach. Enjoy all the area has to offer or head into Branson (11 Miles away) for all the fun filled activities of Branson!
You will have an adorable cottage to spend your downtime in after all the activities of the day. This home features a nicely equipped kitchen, and plenty of room for the group to hang out. Step out outside and take in the sounds of the lake and the amazing views.

STOCKED ITEMS
All of our properties are stocked with a starter kit for toiletries and kitchen supplies. We aim to meet the essentials for your stay, but anything beyond what is listed below (or if you plan to have a large group/long stay) you will need to provide for your stay.
Kitchen: Coffee, Sugar, Coffee Filters, Salt and Pepper, Potholders, Dish soap, Hand Soap, Kitchen Hand towels and dishcloths, Paper towels, Trash Bags
Toiletries: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash, Hand Soap, Towels, Toilet Paper, Trash bags, Make up wipes, tissue.
All linens will be provided as well as laundry detergent.
The Neighborhood:
This adorable cottage sits right on Lake Taneycomo, make sure to bring your fishing license & poles! Enjoy some local dinner at 'The Pizza Cellar' just two blocks away and check out 'White River Coffee' on your way out for your daily adventures!
Other Things to Note:
**This property is pet friendly. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $100 is required. This fee covers up to two dogs. VRBO & Airbnb bookings can add pets in the guest count area, all other booking sites must contact us to pay fee separately.
**Freedom complies with all ADA regulations and welcomes Registered Service Animals. ESA's (Emotional Support Animals) are allowed at this property but still incur the $100 pet fee.
**Registered Service Animal requirements: 1 - The service animal may not be left alone in/around the property. 2 - The service animal must be on a leash when outside. 3 - Owners are required to pick up all pet waste.
**No cats allowed. For all other pets please contact us.

The place was very clean and remodeled nicely. Right across the street from the lake and a very nice park for walking the dogs. Very friendly people around town. Highly recommend the White Water Coffee shop and the Cellar Pizza. Very quiet during the week days. We left on a Saturday, so not sure about the weekends. All in all, very satisfied with our stay.

I loved staying in this little lake cottage. Location was great. The only negative is that they are re-doing the cottage next door so there's a big dumpster and lots of construction "stuff" there. That is totally temporary, though, and would not keep me from renting this property again. They literally have everything you need there to make your stay comfortable. Loved it!

Direct adjacent cabin had construction stuff all over and was unsightly. While a cleaning lady was cleaning an empty cabin on the other side of us, her boyfriend was walking around drinking beer.Other than that, it was a nice quiet place
