If you are driving in and parking a vehicle, we do not offer on-site parking. We recommend a Park First parking lot located at 740 Baronne St, lot #1150. Cost per night vary based on demand in the city.

Guests will receive codes for the building and individual unit prior to arrival. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for your stay for an additional fee of $200 for a 12pm arrival or $300 for a 2pm arrival. A late departure of 12pm would be an additional fee of $150 (an extra 2 hours). Unfortunately, we are unable to store luggage pre- or post-stay, so if you need to guarantee an earlier arrival or departure, we recommend booking the night before or after in order to guarantee anything earlier than the 2pm arrival or later than a 12pm departure.

Our arrival and departure processes are contactless, but our property manager and/or front desk staff are available 24/7 during your stay.
