The whole apartment has been completely renovated and furnished with new furniture.
There are 2 air conditioners that perform the function of hot and cold.

Lovely little apartment very close to the Rialto bridge. Peaceful and comfortable, the window/rooflights look out over the local rooftops. Although very central, it felt like a welcome oasis amongst the bustle of the tourists.
The apartment had everything we needed for our short stay and was nicely furnished in the Venetian style. The bed was comfortable and there was plenty of storage space for the two of us.
You can see that the beams are very low in a lot of the apartment, but we just moved carefully. My husband is 6'4, but he managed. It's worth noting that the steps to the apartment from the street are extremely steep, and in places have no handrail, but again, it didn't bother us.
We had a great stay.

We have spent already three times pentecost in this apartment in order to take part in the Vogalonga. It is perfect for two persons, the equipment is adequate and fully sufficient for a short stay. It is situated near the Rialto bridge and ideal for excursions into the centre of Venice and to the surrounding islands in the laguna. The contact with the owner has been always without any problems!

Francesco's place is very welcoming and cozy, and very well located. I loved the various lights and lamps throughout the apartment as well!
