Service was brilliant, the lock broke on the front door and they arrived on 1 hour of call and replaced

This is a lovely property in a great location close to the marina however there's construction work going on to the apartment block and we were subjected to pneumatic drilling all day during the week. Ee were only notified off this by the meeting agent I've it was too late to cancel. Couldn't sit out on the balcony due to the horrendous noise, not could we use the pool. Will be et use LovelyStay again
