About this apartment rental

The location of this apartment could not be more convenient, it is in the marina with only a 5 minutes walk to the beach. The 3 bedroom duplex apartment is on the 1st floor of the Marina Parque.The apartment has been furnished and decorated to an high standard. The American kitchen is fully fitted and bright and airy. The lounge has plenty of seating with chaise lounge sofa while in the dining area there is seating for 8. There is a balcony off the lounge with patio table and chairs with marina side view.

All the apartment has double glazed window and the three bedrooms are with garden view and the guests can relax and enjoy the holiday with no noise. At the marina which is one of the largest in Europe, there are many international restaurants and bars for you to choose from as you watch the yachts in their moorings bob up and down with the tide.

1ST FLOOR

Kitchen: oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee machine, iron/ ironing board.

Application of the Municipal Tourist Tax (City Tax):

Very nice property and very well managed. Outside doesn't do the property justice but great once you are inside. Location is great. Only thing required would be a safe I would suggest.
