About this house rental
The location of this holiday rental apartment could not be more convenient, it is in the centre of Vilamoura with only a 2 minutes walk to the beach and the marina. The 2 bedroom apartment is on the 4th floor of the luxury complex of Moura Praia which has a gated entrance and security with views towards the beach and the tennis courts of the Dom Pedro Hotel.
This holiday rental apartment is comfortable, well furnished and decorated. The kitchen is fully fitted and bright and airy. The lounge has plenty of seating with 2 comfortable large settees while in the dining area there is seating for 6. There is a balcony off the lounge with patio table and chairs with sea view. The lawned gardens and swimming pool are totally private for the residents and guests.
At the marina, which is one of the largest in Europe, there are many international restaurants and bars for you to choose from as you watch the yachts in their moorings bob up and down with the tide.
Kitchen: Oven, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/ freezer, kettle, toaster, iron/ironing board and expresso coffee machine.
Lounge/dining room: 1x settee, 1x sofa bed, dining table with 6 chairs, cableTV, air conditioning, balcony with pool view.

We were delighted with this apartment
It is exactly as described very spacious and immaculate
The rooftop terrace is perfect for sunbathing and with the addition of the glass room gives it an added bonus particularly in the evening if you’ve ventured cooking fresh fish on the bbq that you’ve bought from the fish market in Quarteria
The location is great with supermarket and restaurants opposite if you don’t fancy walking to the marina
Highly recommend Akvavit for brunch or dinner but book in advance for dinner if you don’t want to be disappointed
The staff at Clever Details were wonderful too and they can arrange transport to and from the airport
You will not be disappointed

This accommodation deserves more than the 5 star rating we are allowed to give. It was spacious, bright and airy, the roof top sun room and space were a wonderful addition. The location is close to everything, walked to the marina, coffee and pastry shops, markets, both in Vilamoura and Quateria. We will certainly recommend it to friends and look forward to a return visit.
