Sun Tannin offers plenty of amenities to enjoy including; 2 outdoor pools. Location is great as well, close to shopping, dining, and lots of fun in the sun. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, Para-sailing, dolphin cruises, sunset sailboat cruises, beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing, amusement parks, great restaurants with entertainment for all ages, golf, outlet malls, shopping, live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater, and of course, plenty of powder-white sand. You will not be disappointed nor will you find this level of luxury anywhere for this price!

2. No Smoking in home or on balcony.
3. Pool Rules are posted and must be followed! Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult. NO GLASS ALLOWED. NO TOWELS hanging from Balconies. The amenities are shared, please be respectful of your neighbors.
4. Loud parties or gatherings will not be tolerated.
5. Guests of guests are not permitted on the property or the amenities.
6. Pets are not allowed.Must be at least 25 years old to rent. For groups of Single Adults, all guests in the group must be at least 25 years of age and proof of age will be required before approving the reservation.
