About this house rental
Hi, my name is Michael Moranz and I have a proven rental record. I have been renting on VRBO since 2003. I take pride in providing an excellent vacation at a great value. Unit was updated February 2023
Unit 39. This is a Great, two-story townhouse condominiums on the beach! No one above you or below you. The only 'TRUE LOW-DENSITY COMPLEX' on the Gulf! Only 40 units and 250 feet of beach front! No high rise next to you on either side. No obstructed views. Great Family Complex! No elevators to wait on! No long flights of stairs! Ocean view from EVERY room! Two balconies with metal barstool chairs. Private garage (two cars) under unit. No long walk from parking lot. The private garage is wonderful for use as a barbecue and grilling patio. Grill steaks from a newer Weber grill while watching the waves break just feet away.

Every side is gulf side. Located at 723 West Beach Blvd. (182) 1/2 mile from US 59 (the 'T'). o, two story, no one above or below you... this spells PRIVACY! Something you do not have in a high rise! Two large bedrooms and two large bathrooms on the second floor with a private deck off the master. Kitchen, dining room, 1/2 bath and a deck off the living room on the first floor. Has washer and drier in the unit. Walk out of your door into your private garage, then onto the beach 20 feet away. 1200 square feet of living space!
These townhouses feel like a private home on the beach with a pool. THIS PLACE IS LIKE HAVING YOUR OWN HOUSE ON THE BEACH... WITH THE POOL!!! Watch the kids play from your balcony. Enjoy drinks and dinner on your private balcony. Enjoy the use of wireless internet, even on the balconies. Hotel quality linens and towels, all new! No cheap plastic deck chairs.

We absolutely loved our stay in Gulf Shores! The house was clean and had great access to the beach. Michael was a great host anytime I had a question he was very quick to respond back.

This was an amazing location with great views and access to the beach. There were a lot more things available at the condo vs what the instruction sheet told us we would need, most likely left by other travelers. I was surprised to get the instruction sheet and learn that basic things like toilet paper, dish soap, etc were not included. The entire facility could use some TLC and updating, interior and exterior. Overall, it was perfect location but could use some love.

The best part was the beach access. It was semi private and very clean.

Location was perfect. Easy access to the beach just a few steps away.
Unit is outdated and kitchen is not fully stocked of normal kitchen essentials as in pots, pans no oven mitt.
Upstairs has shag carpet
One of the balcony chairs was broken and mirror on the closets door was broke.
Also bath tub/showers are very hard to get into. Tight space with glass doors on them so you are climbing around.
The townhouse community itself is nice. Will likely look for a more updated unit in same location next time.
