(1) Beachfront, but not in the high-density, most crowded area. (2) Beautiful views from the balcony. (3) Adjacent to a public parking area with a beachfront bathroom facility, so you don’t have to run up to your unit every time you need the facilities. (4) VERY CLEAN! (5) Comfortable beds. (6) Very walkable to shops and restaurants. (7) Excellent parking.

(1) Older, noisy ceiling fan in the 2nd bedroom (2) Older faucets in the shower are HARD to turn to control, and no stopper for the tub to bathe the kids. We had to use a rag stuffed in the drain. (3) While there were sheets for the pull-out couch, there was not a blanket or bedspread to use as a top cover, nor were there blankets for any of the other beds. (4) No unit-specific instructions for how to use the TV. We found out by trial-and-error that the light switch in the kitchen controls the electrical outlets in the living room. Therejust needs to be some unit specific information. (5) Flourescent light in the kitchen blinks until it warms up. (6) Older electrical outlets in inconvenient locations.

Check in and out was very easy. The property was clean, looked like the pictures. The kitchen was stocked with just about anything you could need to cook and eat with. The view from the patio was great. Right on the beach. Close to restaurants and shops. Some within walking distance. Parking was no problem. Pool was nice. Will try to stay here again.

The beds were ok but need updating. Prior to approval to stay they required a picture and copy of my drivers license. This was new to me and felt a little weird not the norm for the many times I have booked from booking.com or Airbnb.
