San Carlos 807 is a beautifully appointed three-bedroom, three-bath condominium offering a stunning Gulf-front view from the 8th floor.



• Enjoy direct balcony access from both the living room and the primary bedroom.



• The unit features tile and Pergo flooring throughout.



• The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed for a comfortable stay. The dining area seats four, with an additional four barstools at the kitchen counter.



• A full-size washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the unit.



• The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, and the en suite bathroom features a spacious garden tub.



• The second bedroom is has a queen-size bed.



• The third bedroom offers full-size bunk beds. (*Children six years of age or younger should not use the top bunk.)



• Skip the long lines - this unit features keyless entry for easy check-in and check-out.



• A maximum of two vehicles is permitted. Parking passes must be purchased onsite at the front desk upon arrival on the 3rd floor. Passes are $50 each, plus tax.



• Per the San Carlos HOA: The primary guest listed on the reservation must be at least 25 years of age and remain onsite for the entire duration of the stay. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate eviction, as required by the San Carlos Board of Directors.



This property is designated as a “No Smoking” property, including all unit balconies. A designated smoking area is available near the BBQ area.

Overall the condo was great but the rugs/runner were filthy. They made bottoms of feet black. They need to be wash after each stay.

Absolutely beautiful spacious condo. We have been coming to gulf shores for 7 years and this has been the best accommodations thus far. The kitchen was very well stocked with cookware, utensils, dishware etc. There are 3 elevators and they operated on par with all the foot traffic. We were very impressed and will definately rent this place again.

Stayed at this property for 5 days this summer. Great property with 3/3, nice updated appliances, cozy family room, and balcony overlooking the beach. Great location as well! Within walking distance to more restaurants and eateries than we had time for as well as several shopping venues. Parking is tight at the primary location, but there is overflow parking immediately across the street. Overall, very nice place that allowed for an enjoyable vacation for my family.
