Welcome to Phoenix Gulf Shores 702, a spacious 3-bedroom, 3-bath Gulf-front condo designed for comfort and relaxation. Located on the 7th floor, this unit offers panoramic views of the sugar-white beaches and emerald waters from a large tiled beachfront balcony—perfect for morning coffee or sunset unwinding.
Inside, the open-concept layout connects the living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living room features plush seating and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that flood the space with natural light and provide direct balcony access. The fully equipped kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, cognac mahogany cabinetry, and a large breakfast bar. A wet bar with an ice maker adds convenience for entertaining.
The primary suite features a king bed, private balcony access, armchair seating, and a wall-mounted TV. The en-suite bathroom includes a double vanity, jetted tub, and separate walk-in shower. The second bedroom offers two queen beds and a private en-suite bath with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom includes a king bed and easy access to a full hall bath.

Property was just as advertised. Great view of the beach, indoor and outdoor pools were very clean, common areas were very well kept, parking garage was well-lit, overall a great rent for our Gulf Shores family vacation. Traffic was a small nightmare which is in no way the fault of the property (just something to keep in mind if you visit GS on Memorial Day week.) The check-in process was perfectly seamless. All properties should run this smoothly.

Property was beautiful and exceeded our expectations. We had a girls getaway and the location and beach was perfect. The condo had everything we needed. Loved the ice machine in the wet bar. Perfect to fill a small cooler for the beach.
