Summary:
You will love this two-story, 2 bedrooms, 2.5 BA townhouse directly on the beach in the heart of Gulf Shores, only 0.7 miles from The Hangout. Recently renovated with all new, plush furnishings with a coastal, contemporary design. Enjoy 2 balconies overlooking the large pool, courtyard, & beach. There are only 40 units in the complex so the beach and pool is never overly crowded. Features Wifi, well-equipped kitchen, washer/ dryer, flat-screen TV’s in living room and bedrooms, easy beach access.
The Space:
At Gulfside Townhomes #32, you won't be bothered by guests above or below you. You also don't have to worry about the beach or pool being overly crowded as only 40-units share the 250' of private beach.
Upon arrival, park under the unit, walk up one flight of stairs, use the keyless entry for access, and enter your beachfront paradise. The first floor includes the well-appointed living room, dining area, kitchen, half bath, and washer & dryer. There is wood-grain tile floors throughout the common area. The living room can comfortably seat up to 7 guests at once and has a private balcony that overlooks the beach, courtyard, and pool. The dining area will seat 6 at the table plus 2 at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is well equipped so you can prepare meals for the entire family.
Upstairs you will find the master suite which features a private bath, flat screen TV, king-size bed, and a private balcony overlooking the beach, courtyard and pool. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed plus a twin-size bunk bed, mounted TV, and bathroom access.
This unit can comfortably sleep up to 6 guests.

Easy beach access. Expansive pool and sun deck. Convenient to all of the shopping, dining, and entertainment that Gulf Shores has to offer. Only 0.7 miles from The Hangout.

* Two parking pass are provided with the reservation. If you have a third vehicle, overflow parking is available at our office for $50.
* Before going to the space, you will need to visit our Bella Beach Properties office, which is located next to Bubba’s in Orange Beach, to pick up parking pass.

This was our first visit to GS! Our stay in the townhouse was amazing! We were right there on the beach and the pool was only a few steps away from the garage! The townhouse was fully stocked with everything we needed. We had issues with the AC when we first arrived, but the hosts had it fixed by the time we came back from grabbing groceries and dinner! (Within 3 hours to be exact!) My kids are already asking when we can come back!

This was the perfect spot for my sisters and I. Easy walk out access to the beach. Lots of food and shopping options close by. Love it! Would stay here again!

This place was perfect for our family. Clean, close ro beach, pool, restaurants, and entertainment. We had a wonderful time and highly recommend!!!
