The resort allows maximum 3 cars.
Do not block the sidewalk or park on the street or the resort will fine you

5 Bedroom Unit - Maximum of 12 wristbands
* No wristbands will be provided in excess of this amount.
* All individuals must wear their wristbands on their wrist at all times while using the clubhouse amenities.
* Guests of Registered Guests may use the clubhouse amenities only while accompanied by the Registered Guest.

We stayed a week at this house and we loved every minute! Spacious and plenty of beds! The neighborhood was nice and friendly. We will be returning!

We had a wonderful stay overall and will definitely return again. We had a couple of issues but the management was very quick to respond and correct the problems. Upon arriving the pool wasn’t heated, which was disappointing as we had paid for the heating, so we messaged management and even though it was a weekend, they found someone to come and repair a quite extensive leak, and the pool heated quickly after that. It’s definitely worth paying the extra for the pool heat. If you come in the winter, we were able to enjoy the pool all day and all evening. We also had a smoke alarm, which started beeping a low battery in the middle of the night, and they sent someone quickly the next morning to change the battery. It was on the ceiling, so it was impossible for us to reach without a tall ladder. The house was well appointed with everything we needed. I would suggest to anyone visiting to bring toys for kids and pool towels as they are not provided, but there are ample bath towels to use. There is a nice park across the street for kids also.
The nearby Walmart had a pickup service for everything you need.
Wonderful family home! Most impressed with the responsiveness of Aileen and the management!
