About this house rental
A big, fun home and gated community. Perfect for kids and parents to spend their vacation in the sunny Florida weather. The three rooms with 2 single beds each are decorated with Disney Princesses, Mickey Mouse, and Star Wars. You will have access to a private pool and spa in addition to a game room with air hockey, home theater, and your own billiard/pool table.
The Windsor Hills Community boasts the finest in resort-like amenities including 24 hour guard gated security, clubhouse with fitness center, 50 seat movie theatre, games room with pool tables, ping pong and arcade games. As well as your own private pool, there is the large community lagoon pool with dancing fountains, kids splash zone, and twin water slides. There is a sundries shop with snacks, drinks and ice creams. If you are into the more active outdoor sports there are tennis and basketball courts located just a short walk from the main clubhouse,as well as a jogging trail around the entire community and lake. For the young ones, Windsor Hills offers a huge playground with slides, swings, sand and everything needed to have fun.

Chef's kitchen with Oak cabinets, granite countertops, and top of the line stainless steel appliances. The very best in luxury tropical style high end furniture throughout the house. Wall-to-wall carpet in the bedrooms and ceramic tile throughout the common living area. Across the street from the children's playground!
Highlights of our Disney Vacation Home: - private south-facing pool and spa - covered lanai (over the patio) - 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms - pillow-top mattresses, 3 King beds - 7 TVs & DVDs - private games room with pool table and Air Hockey - fully equipped kitchen - washer & dryer - over 3500 sq. ft. - luxuriously decorated.
Please be aware that this is a self-serve home without daily maid service. Please plan to purchase toiletry such as soap, shampoo, toilet paper, garbage bags, detergent, paper towels, etc. during your stay.
Also be aware that there is a $20/day pool heating fee if you'd like the spa and pool to be heated. We highly recommend pool heating if you're staying between mid-October through mid-May. There is also a one time $60 fee if you'd like to use the grill. Please let us know in your booking request whether you'd like these additional services. Note that pool heating and grill usage requests must be made, and paid for, at least 24 hours prior to check-in.

You might need to speak to your cleaners. The toilet bowls were not clean despite the “sanitize wrap” on them, the bathroom mirrors had toothpaste or soap scum on them. There were crumbs all over the kitchen floor, the kitchen floor mat was covered with crumbs and food stains, crumbs on the couch, gum wrappers left under the beds in the Mickey and Star Wars rooms. If it weren’t for the poor cleaning, we’d rate it a 5. Pool was great, beds were comfortable, location was fantastic.

The property was just as described, very spacious, clean and fully stocked. Check-in was simple and the Resort’s water park was just what we needed for a fun and enjoyable weekend. There nine people in our group and we had more than enough space to move around. I would definitely recommend this home to others.

Property was clean and as described. Management company came by one day to change filters and was pleasant to talk to. All messages were quickly responded to. A few notes to make the stay more comfortable: Add more pool towels (only a few were available which was fine because we brought some), Add hot pads to the kitchen (none available, we used a kitchen towel), Add a larger cookie sheet for the oven. We had an amazing time and would stay again! Thanks for sharing your awesome home with us.

The pros:
-location to the parks
-the community
-spacious layout of the house
-property management company was very responsive
The Cons:
- house could definitely use a deep cleaning, all floors are not getting cleaned in any corners, bathroom walls have pee down them, dishes were so gross I had to clean them before use.
-pans so used that I was afraid I was feeding the non-stick lining to my family every time I use one. -pots go that went from a tiny sauce pan to a HUGE stock pot, with no options in between. - upon arrival, with a party of 6, there were 5 forks total in the house
-upon touching the toilet paper holder in the owner’s suite, it fell off the wall
-primary bathroom shower door is broken and is difficult to open
- all bathroom outlets, excepting 1 outlet in 1 bathroom did not work
-12 year old stepping on broken glass in the pool
-house loosing total power after men came to fix outlets
-furnace stopped working at night in January
-when they say house has absolutely no supplies, they REALLY mean it, to the point of there being only water in most hand soap dispensers.
-the shampoo/conditioner combo wash comes two per bathroom and is literally like a ketchup packet.
-literally no kitchen supplies, no salt/pepper, no oil, no cling wrap or tin foil. Nothing but dirty dishes.
-No dishwashing detergent
-No laundry soap, even though they ask you to start wash when you leave
Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again, the property isn’t being looked after.
