House was very spacious which was a priority for us. It needs a thorough deep clean and more than two wash cloths for six guests. The owner does not want the thermostat lower than 75 degrees which is extremely warm in the downstairs bedrooms when the doors are closed. They do provide several portable fans to help with this. The ceiling fan remote in the living room did not work. There is almost everything you need in the kitchen to prepare meals. However, there is no empty cabinet space to use as a small pantry for grocery items. The refrigerator is nice and spacious. Lots of beach towels available for guests to use so no need to pack those!

The kids love the pool and it was so convenient to parks stores restaurants we love the house and hope to stay there again next year. The owner is very helpful and always answers with any issues are questions you have definitely hope to come back

Pros: The host booked us last minute (Hurricane Beryl changed our vacation plans) and management responded..The house is in a nice location in Kissimmee. It was spacious so didnt fill cramped with my family of 8 people. There were multiple rooms on the bottom floor (which is hard to find). Hot water and AC worked great! We enjoyed sitting on the covered patio.
Cons: Not luxurious. The house smelled like there was a sewer issue We just cleaned and sprayed It was mostly clean but not like im used to like there was gunk around the kitchen sink and the oven racks were covered in burnt food...the pool filter only worked a
little each day and my kids complained about the water not being clean...we're from south alabama so i know how bugs can be after rain but there were BUGS like sugar ants in the kitchen and my kids only played pingpong less then 10 mins before saying they are never playing in the garage/game room again because there were so many roaches...the patio doors didn't lock there were wood planks used to keep them closed (property manager said he fixed but lock but it never worked)...not sure about the other bathrooms but mine (the upstairs one by queen) did not have a drain cover but would drain slow 2 mins in shower and your feet are submerged..
Overall it worked in a pinch and we were grateful but not the quite the standard we are used to.
