About this apartment rental

Our 5-room vacation apartment on the 1st floor, measuring 135 m, offers you:
1 double bedroom with flat-screen TV
1 double bedroom + 2 single beds with flat-screen TV
1 bedroom with a loft bed (lower bed is French size = 140x200 m)
All bedroom windows are equipped with fly screens.

The living room is equipped with a large flat-screen TV, DVD player, 3 sleeper sofas (with proper mattresses), and a double bed.
From the living room, you have direct access to the beautiful covered balcony.

The balcony features a cozy bench, a table, and several chairs. Thanks to the roof, you can enjoy your meals on the balcony in the summer even when it’s raining. You’ll also love the view of the surrounding fields and mountains.

Our vacation rental is a smoke-free apartment.
Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
A safe is available.

Dishwasher, refrigerator with 2 freezer compartments, double-chamber thermal coffee maker for ground coffee, toaster, oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, blender, hand blender, electric XXL skillet.

Bathroom:

Ski boot dryer for up to 20 pairs
Ski storage area inside the house.

The property was ideal for myself & my wife. Everything that you need for a self catering stay & it all works as it should. The owners are very wellcoming & lovely people, always willing to help with any issues. The bus service also enables you to get around & in to the town centre which is approximately 2 km away. We would definately be happy to stay again, thank you Barbara.

We have had an amazing holiday last summer in Swendau at Barbara and Gerolds “Traum Feriernwohnung”. We especially enjoyed the fabulous apartment. The big terrace and the overwhelming view could inspire us to even get more relaxed during this holiday. Also the location of the accommodation was splendid, not to busy and Mayerhofen was even easy reachable by foot. We can recommend this apartment to everyone who is interested in a healthy relaxing holiday. Greetings, Linda and Ivo from Belgium
