** FULL RENOVATION COMPLETED 2024! Gourmet Kitchen with Unobstructed Views of the Ocean and fully renovated Pool!
Villamare 1306 is simply the best on the beach. There is NO other villa complex that offers 180 degrees of views up and down (north and south) of the best beach on Hilton Head Island. There is also NO other 3 bedroom villa that is closer to the beach and the ocean anywhere on Hilton Head Island.
Villamare 1306 has been completely renovated and remodeled. Extensive remodel includes moving walls to expand the living room into a bright, open and spacious area. There is a complete dining area (the stock 3 bedroom Villamares do not have a dining area that accommodates more than 4 people). All new gourmet kitchen with quartz countertops, all new and with additional Kitchen cabinetry, along with a full size washer and dryer. Other upgrades include new recessed lighting, smooth ceilings, marble flowing, wood flooring in living and dining room. There is a Flat screen TV in each bedroom, Flat Screen TV, and soundbar in the living room. The villa is designer furnished with beautiful decor in beige and blue with colorful island accent colors.
** Our Pool area is finished as well and will not disappoint. A new adult only pool and hot tub area will allow you to enjoy this beautiful location right on the ocean in a serene and peaceful way! The family friendly pool area has been completely modernized with a wonderful shallow area to allow even the youngest of children the opportunity to splash around! The landscaping has also been revamped to augment this already wonderful area.
Guests can call the Palmetto Dunes Buggy service for free transportation anywhere in Palmetto Dunes or Shelter Cove. (8am – 9pm daily, operating April through September).

Nathan's place was perfection. My husband and I stayed with our two teenage sons and my elderly mother, who has mobility issues. This place was perfect for us. Beautiful, super clean, spacious, modern, very well equipped, easy access to both the lift and the stairs. And the most amazing views! You can see both pool areas and the beach from all balconies. The ocean was less than a 2 minute walk from the front door, down the stairs and to the sand. My mother could easily set up under an umbrella by the pool whilst the rest of the family went between pool and beach all day. Check-in was super easy, the property and grounds are beautiful, quiet and very safe. Nathan responded to any query we had very quickly. There are umbrellas and beach chairs to rent right in front on the beach if you need it. There are 3 grocery stores a close drive away. The condo itself has a tv in every bedroom, and a huge one in the living room. The beds are amazing - very luxurious. Kitchen has every appliance you would need. The showers are lush, as are the towels provided. It really did feel like care and thought went in to this place. There are hairdryers, irons, spare blankets, fans and beach accessories in the hall closest. So great. Check out is 11AM but we noticed the key code to the front door stopped working at 9AM. Thankfully my mother was still in the house to let us in from our last beach walk. We had a great stay and would definitely come here again and again. Thanks for everything!

Property was great and in a great location. 9 women on our trip. We were provided one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, one garbage bag and no beach towels or laundry detergent. I contacted the owner on day 2 of our 7 night stay and he never replied back or brought more supplies. So just know that you are on your own once you get there.
