This house was perfect for our stay! We have been coming to HHI for many years and this is our first time staying at this house. We love Palmetto Dunes and the area. The pool and hot tub were perfect, especially since we didn’t have beach weather for most days. Communication with the host was extremely easy. Their attention to detail in the house is spectacular. We can’t wait for our next stay!

Great heated pool and spa; short walk out the backyard to the beach; central location to tennis center, general store, outfitters, and Alexander ‘s restaurant; large, spacious kitchen. Our family really enjoyed the week at this house.

It was a great week!! Kitchen well stocked, great ice machine, We had some great dinners and game nights at the comfortable dining room table. We used the pool and hot tub everyday, they had someone come in midweek to clean it. It was a short walk to the beach and we saw some beautiful sunrises. They had good sand chairs and toys for our use. Would highly recommend this home. Owners did a great job communicating with us, helping with our questions. We sent them a text to see if they had binoculars at the house so we could watch baby ospreys in a nest on their property, they sent us a text saying a pair would be arriving by amazon. How sweet was that? We had fun watching Mom and Dad feed the babies!!

A group of 9 friends rented this house for a long weekend for a Pickleball retreat. It was the perfect house to accommodate all of us and every one of us said we would love to come back. It truly is just a short walk to the beach and pickleball courts and there is a really nice oceanfront restaurant practically right nextdoor to the house. We got to chat with the owner once, too, and he was incredibly helpful. The house was fully stocked right down to the little details that they leave small shampoos and soaps and detergents for you to use. Plenty of towels and really anything you could think you need is there at the house already. Love it. Definitely coming back!
