Beach Villa 9 is outstanding, perfect location view of the ocean, closest location to beach and Dunes House. Villa is clean and well cared for. Many amenities that make stay very comfortable and relaxing for families, Our family has stayed there before and hope to return,

Internet and cable didn't work when we arrived. The floor was dirty and the bathroom had mold and not cleaned. Was missing a remote for one of the bathrooms also. It is right room in the bathrooms and a little outdated especially in decor and in the kitchen. The location is great and the owners DID help getting the internet and cable back on and did send back out the cleaning crew. Just not cleaned to my specifications or other places we rented before. Again, the owners did help with what they could.
