2026 Beach Update:
The City of Isle of Palms has approved a beach nourishment project expected to take place Summer–Fall 2026. While a final schedule has not yet been released, work is anticipated to move along the beach in sections, meaning any impact to a specific area is temporary.

“Seaside Glee” at 48 Beach Club is professionally managed by Michael Long and Lowcountry Vacation Properties. Michael has been managing vacation homes on the Isle of Palms since 1991 and is ready to help you find the perfect place for you and your family.
Parking:
Limited to three cars. Beach Club Villa Homeowner’s Association monitors parking.
Beach Chairs and Umbrella:
The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October). These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.
Additional Amenities Include:
High speed internet with Wi-Fi.
Direct No Contact Check in at 48 Beach Club Villa.
Text and email status updates of accommodations on arrival date.
Four smart televisions, each featuring YouTube TV for Charleston local channels
Full Size Washer and dryer.

Please note that the pools at the Hyatt Boardwalk Inn, Sweetgrass Inn, and the Sweetgrass Fitness Center are reserved exclusively for Hyatt hotel guests and are not available to vacation rental guests.
The Beach Club Villa Community Pool is open Seasonally: (April 1st - October 31st)
The Wild Dunes Community has a strict no pet policy for non-residents. Pets are not allowed within the gates of the community.
