About this apartment rental
Stay in one of Wild Dunes most popular complexes! This oceanfront three bedroom, three bathroom elevated condo has the convenience of being steps away from the ocean and outdoor Community Pool (April-end of October, not heated or cooled). The flooring and furnishings are updated in all bedrooms and living spaces. Outdoor community pool and beach access boardwalk is directly next to building complex. Enjoy the ocean breezes and views of the Atlantic Ocean from the screened porch or master balcony.
First floor has one bedroom, a full bathroom, kitchen, dining area, and a beautifully designed living space with flat-screen cable TV and direct access to screened porch. The second floor hosts two bedrooms, each with their very own private baths, as well as a washer and dryer. The master suite boasts a private balcony with spectacular ocean views. Off street parking available for 2 vehicles. Wi-Fi & Linens included. No Pets. No smoking. No Grills permitted at Beach Club Villa.

Beach Renourishment Notice: The island will be undergoing a beach renourishment project between July and September 2026. During your stay, you may notice construction equipment and occasional temporary adjustments to beach access in certain areas. This is a repeat rental for us; we've stayed in the Beach Club Villa property as well as others. Location, layout and amenities are all superior and we appreciate the thoughtfulness of the owner to provide not only a well-equipped kitchen, but even a small library under the stairs! Island Realty was helpful in righting an administrative issue and also when we had a minor repair needed.

We were switched to this which was not ideal. We had. Sat-Sat rental, this was Sun-Sun. Due to flights and schedules, we left Sat, so wasted $. We also had to rent Hotel Rooms on Resort which was quite expensive. The Condo itself was fine. The experience based on above was not at all.
