About this villa rental
Newly renovated house located in the urbanization of Santa Cristina de Blanes with fantastic views of the sea and the emblematic hermitage of Santa Cristina. The villa is just 400 meters from Cala Santa Cristina and Cala Treumal. The house is composed of 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, american kitchen, private parking located in the same house, terrace, swimming pool with large area of solarium with lawn of 240 m2, barbecue and bathroom with shower. On the first floor we find the fully equipped American kitchen, the living room with fireplace and exit to the terrace, a bathroom with shower, a triple room (1 double bed + 1 single bed) and a room with bunk beds. On the second floor you will find a complete bathroom with shower, a triple room (1 double bed + 1 single bed) and a room with a trundle bed. In the outdoor area you will find a large area of solarium with lawn equipped with a full bathroom, pool, barbecue and parking area. The house has Smart TV, Netflix, Youtube, etc., free internet / wifi, pool / beach towels, baby cot and highchair. Thanks to its location you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea relaxing on the terrace, enjoying a swim in the pool or enjoying a barbecue in the garden. Surrounded by nature you will enjoy a peaceful holiday with your family. At about 300 meters there is the tropical botanical garden "Pinya de Rosa" which you can visit by taking a pleasant walk.

This vacation home was absolutely stunning! Everything about it was perfect. The interior is thoughtfully laid out, beautifully decorated, and uncluttered while still feeling like you have everything you need. The bathrooms and kitchen are new and modern.The view and amenities are fantastic. It’s a very quick walk to two lovely beaches, a botanical garden, and a historic site right across the street. It’s also very convenient to shops and restaurants while still feeling like you have privacy and a space of your own. The pool and outdoor kitchen are lovely!Jose was such a welcoming and gracious host. Before we even arrived, he sent us so much useful information on shopping, restaurants, and places to visit. When we arrived, he met us at the property and showed us how everything worked. He greeted us with champagne and made sure we had coffee and all the basics. He was so warm and welcoming! Don’t hesitate to book this property!

We absolutely loved our stay in Sta Cristina villa! It eas clean, had a beautiful view, enough roomand beds for kids, and AC in each room! The pool and view were the best part for us and it was a close walk to local beaches. Lots of things to do and good food and grocery stores were within 5 minute drive. Jose was extremely hospitable and communicated with us well about the villa and surrounding area. Thank you!

We had an amazing stay! Jose is an exceptional host who provided plenty of helpful information before and during our visit, answering all our questions promptly. We felt very welcomed with a thoughtful gesture of drinks and cookies upon arrival.
The villa itself is fantastic—comfortable beds, a fully equipped kitchen accessories, and breathtaking views. Everything was perfect, and everyone in our group felt great staying here. Highly recommend!”

Excellent stay.
The house was lovely and stocked with all the dishes and glasses / pots and pans you could need.
The coffee makers were ideal.
The outdoor kitchen was amazing, we rarely used the indoor one.
Also stocked with all the condiments you could wish for.
Having said all that, there is a great beach bar/resto within 2 mins walk and clearly in the summer there are more.
Jose the host was charming and accommodating when we had a flight delay.
