About this villa rental
Villa Las Brisas is perfectly located in one of the most beautiful spots on the Costa Brava, in the exclusive residential bay of Cala Sant Francesc, Blanes.
This stylish villa is thoughtfully designed, featuring modern decor and air conditioning in all bedrooms for maximum comfort.
You access the villa on street level, where you can park your car in the private garage. More cars can be parked right in front of the villa in a fenced private open air parking.
From there you walk up the stairway through the garden until you arrive at the pool area.
POOL AREA
Enjoy the private semi-saltwater pool, which is gentler on the skin, chlorine-free, and avoids eye irritation.
Sun loungers for relaxing by the pool.
A playroom for teens with a ping-pong table.
A separate toilet with shower.
GROUND FLOOR
Spacious living area with sofas, Smart TV and foosball table.
An open-plan Bulthaup kitchen, fully equipped with american-style fridge, ceramic cooktop, oven, microwave and automatic coffee maker with fresh beans. A Nespresso machine is also available.
Adjacent storage room with washing machine and dryer.
The kitchen opens directly onto a large terrace with an outdoor dining area with exterior dining table, automatic sunshades, BBQ, and breathtaking sea views—perfect for al fresco meals.
A full bathroom with shower on this floor for added convenience.

PRIVATE CLUB & NEARBY BEACH
During your stay, you’ll have access to the private club in the bay located at a 2min walk from the villa, which includes a large pool, a children’s pool, a tennis court, a bar, and a playground for kids. You’ll also have a remote control for free parking at the private lot near the beach.
The beautiful Cala Sant Francesc beach is less then a 5-minute walk away. This sandy beach offers water activities, the charming restaurant "Cala Bona," showers, and a lifeguard service. Other must-visit beaches nearby include Cala Santa Cristina, Cala Treumal, Cala Sa Boadella, and Cala Canyelles.
Blanes town center is less than a 5-minute drive away, offering a marina, a lively promenade, and plenty of shops and restaurants. Inside the villa, you’ll find a booklet with our personal recommendations and hotspots to make the most of your stay!

Wonderful property with amazing views. It suited our two families perfectly and the table tennis and access to the swimming pool were a hit. It’s also a short distance to the beach which was also perfect. The outside space was great for sharing family meals. We all had a great time and I would definitely return.
The small welcome pack was useful but we had to buy cleaning products, toilet rolls and obviously these weren’t used within the week. Just an idea but couldn’t these be used by the next group instead of them being wasted,

Wonderful location with plenty of room and parking. Walking distance to a great beach. Managing company always responsive and addressed any questionsconcerns we had immediately. Would highly recommend.

Our stay at Coastal Villas’ place was wonderful. We loved the place with lots of activities in the house (table tennis and foosball) and a great pool. The house had lots of great spaces (indoor and outdoor) to relaxcatch up with family inc. top floor terrace, second floor balcony, split level outside space and split level living space. The kitchen was very well equipped and we loved the coffee machine and outdoor dining space. The view of the sea and trees was a beautiful way to wake up in the morning. The quick walk to the beach was down a steep hill and the beach was shingles sand. It gets really busy at weekends but weekdays it was perfect with little lagoon areas for the children to enjoy. The water was wonderful and the beach bar served excellent tapas! When we had an issue with the plumbing in the house the team at Coastal Villas were helpful and responsive, the issue was resolved same-day. We had an excellent time at the villa and would recommend it to all!

Spacious accommodation, ideal for groups of families. Tastefully designed and furnished with high end fitments, that really gave a luxury feel to the villa. Situated in an ideal location for a short stroll to the beach,a pleasant walk to Blanes for the shops.
Our second stay at this villa and we wouldn’t hesitate to stayrecommend it.
