Perfect for celebrations, family gatherings, or getaways with friends. Spacious house for up to 20 guests, featuring a large outdoor area for group enjoyment. Relax in a peaceful setting with a communal pool, a small private pool, sports area, and gardens. Just 10 minutes from the beaches of Lloret, water parks, golf courses, and spas.
Located in the Los Pantanos de Montbarbat development in Maçanet de la Selva, surrounded by nature, you can enjoy tranquility without giving up entertainment: hiking trails, restaurants, and the lively center of Lloret are nearby.
The 210 m² house is set within a 1,300 m² garden with flowers and fruit trees. It offers a double barbecue, stone table under the mulberry tree, basketball area, terrace with fig tree, outdoor shower, and restroom. From June 13 to September 13, you can enjoy the small private pool and, just a few meters away, the communal pool, as well as sports courts, tennis, ping pong, basketball, soccer, and a playground. Outside this period, neither pool is available.
The arched porch, equipped year-round with thermal curtains, is ideal for celebrations. The living-dining room has a fireplace, sofas, and TV. There is also a workspace and parking in the development.
On the ground floor are two double bedrooms (one en suite), a fully equipped kitchen, and another bathroom. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom, a room with bunk beds for three, and the unique "Cave," a former rabbit hutch converted into a common room where up to 9 people can sleep—a favorite spot for kids.
Important: Out of respect for the neighborhood, you must keep quiet at night. Additional services available upon request and for an extra fee: bed linens, pets, and celebrations (please contact the hosts via the booking platform).
