Villa Aurora is located just 200m from Fenals beach in a prestigious and very quiet residential area of Lloret with a private pool.
Maximum capacity for 14 people.
Beautiful 900m2 garden surrounds the house and the fantastic pool!
The house has 322m2 distributed over 3 floors and a garage:
Garage area:
Garage at street level, with capacity for 2 cars. Possibility of having one more space, outside the house with access to the garden (let us know and we will inform you).
The house is 100m away. from a blue zone parking lot.
The garage has direct access to the house.
Main floor:
Access to the house from the stairs at street level to the main floor with a large hall.
Large living room with lots of light next to the dining area with table and chairs.
Large kitchen with table and chairs and well equipped for 14 people.
The living room, dining room and kitchen have access to the front terrace with views of the garden and private pool. They also have access from the terrace to the barbecue, garden and pool.
Next to the entrance there is a bathroom with a shower.
From the main floor you access the garage via stairs.
