About this apartment rental
They are located in the middle of summer resort of Kokkini Hani, close to amenities, ideal for couples or families. Only 100 m away from the sandy beach. The apartment is fully equipped with kitchenette and bathroom and washing machine, furnished in a modern style. Guests may have use of the garden. Supermarkets are open until very late at night,for shoping and cooking meals and breakfast.We accept arrivals 24 hours a day.

Very nice location easy beach access transportation to other parts of the island. Felt more like living in a neighborhood rather than in a touristy area which we enjoyed. Owner is very accommodating and responsive.

Manolis was an incredibly kind and gracious host. He spent a lot of time making sure we were comfortable and offered many suggestions on things to see and do. His place is perfectly situated in Kokkini Hani. It’s stylish, spacious, safe, nicely decorated and comfortable. The veranda was a pleasant surprise. The washer was a bonus and the kitchen offers all the amenities. I highly recommend Manolis place for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. See you soon, we come back.

The apartment is perfectly situated on the main bus route across the island so we visited the western and Eastern extremes.
There are a number of supermarkets on the doorstep and a good range of bars and tavernas within a 10 minute walk. We were made particularly welcome at To Kyma and Taverna Nikolas (thank you Eva)
The apartment itself is well appointed with plenty of space and a balcony from which you can see the sea, only about 100 metres away.
Manolis, the owner is very helpful and prompt in responding to any queries. He met us at the property even though our flight had been delayed so it was quite late. He had also arranged our transfer taxi.
Our only very minor criticism is that the shower requires a bit of updating, maybe a bracket on the wall so you don't have to hold it the whole time.
All in all this has been a great holiday and I would thoroughly recommend the property as a base.
