A wonderful place to stay, excellent value for money, great location and great taverna serving delicious food. The owners are lovely and our time from start to finish was brilliant. There are some incredible walks in the area and stunning beaches.

The rooms are closed to the sea and the Location ist amazing. The Host and his Crew are very Kind. A Taxi for the Transport from the Airport was organized. I can highly recommend the Minoa sea rooms and the food in the Taberne.

Authentic Cretan hospitality

My husband and I are in love with south Crete and not a single thing can undo that! Kiriakos and his family run a good business with accommodation, but also run an authentic Cretan taverna and we loved everything there. This awesome, kind, and hospitable family plan to expand and improve their services in the future, so we can only hold our fingers crossed for them to continue making people's vacations as amazing as our was! The incredible level of hospitality. Kiriakos is the most kind and helpful host I've ever met. I've heard greek people are hospitable but c'mon!... this level which I found in Minoa Sea Rooms ….. Quiet weekend away

Basic but comfortable with everything you need. Quiet location very close to the sea. Sunbeds belonging to the apartments are free and serviced by the staff for drinks snacks ect. Fabulous owner Maria nothing too much trouble and some lovely food including "gifts" of extra treats for us fried zucchini to die for and of course the fabulous raki and fruit at the end of the meal. Would like to mention the lovely young man who served us too Panagiotis sorry if I spelled your name wrong😏 you are great representative for Maria. Thank you for a lovely weekend hope to see you again soon.

Staff molto gentile e affettuoso

Lo staff è moltooo accogliente, dal boss ai camerieri ti fanno sentire come in famiglia. Siamo rimasti scioccati dalla loro bontà e disponibilità ad ogni richiesta e esigenza. Di fronte c'è subito la spiaggia con un mare bello e calmo, ottimo per i bambini. Il ristorante offre diverse portate tradizionali molto buone. Zona molto calma e rilassante.

Le camere vista mare sono un po' piccole e semplici. Noi abbiamo soggiornato per 12 giorni e c'è la siamo fatta andare bene( non siamo persone molto esigenti).

Petit hotel famillial sympa et reposant, avec un accueil exceptionnel. Transat sur la plage.Cuisine partagée très pratique, lave linge. Bon emplacement , à proximité de toutes les commodités. Merci à Kiriakos pour sa gentillesse, sa disponibilité et son écoute.

Vier Tage ins Paradies für ein kleines Budget

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis und die Gastfreundlichkeit des Teams haben mir am meisten gefallen. Das Hotel liegt über der zugehörigen Taverne, in der man vorzüglich und preiswert speisen kann, von morgens 7:00 bis Mitternacht. Täglich wird von drei Fischern frischer Fisch angeliefert. Es werden nur lokale Produkte verwendet. Der Besitzer hat auch einen kleinen Olivenhain, es gibt Olivenöl aus seiner Produktion. Die Lage ist das Highlight: Vom Hotel zum Strand sind es 20 Meter. Direkt am Strand gibt es eine Terrasse, auf der man sein Frühstück oder Dinner mit Blick auf den Hafen und das offene Meer geniessen kann. Am Strand gibt es Liegen mit Sonnenschirm. Man kann auch von dort Getränke oder Essen bestellen. Das Doppelbett war gross und bequem. Mein Zimmer hatte keinen Blick auf das Meer, aber einen kleinen Balkon mit Tisch und Stühlen. Es gibt ausserdem eine abgetrennte Mini-Küche mit Kühlschrank. Die Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber funktionabel. Es gibt eine Klimaanlage, die ich jedoch nicht benutzt habe. Der Chef hat mir erzählt, dass er dabei ist, die Zimmer zu renovieren.

Das Bad ist effektiv für Zwerge gebaut. Dusche, WC und Waschbecken sind gefühlt auf einem qm untergebracht und auch vom Design her nicht gerade modern, aber es funktioniert alles irgendwie.
