This villa is located at the entrance of Le Touquet in the forest behind the Golf, and benefits directly from the cycle paths along the golf course.
Villa of 180 m2 with all comforts on a plot of 1500 m2 not closed.

Villa comprising an equipped kitchen, a large living room with fireplace in working order.
A dining room with extension.
4 bedrooms - 3 bathrooms and 3 toilets distributed as follows:
Garden level
* 1 Master suite with double bed 140 X190
1 adjoining bathroom and separate wc.
* 1 bedroom with two 90X190 twin beds and a shower room.
* 1 separate toilet
In souplex
* 1 bedroom with double bed 140X190
* 1 bedroom with 2 twins of 90X190
Large garage.
Barbecue
Garden table and deckchair.
The garden is not closed and the owner is allergic to dog and cat hair. Pets are not accepted.
Arrival time between 5 p.m. and 8 p.m.
Departure time at 11am
(These times are negotiable depending on availability)
Our tenants are required to respect the rules of good neighborliness.
The villa must be returned in an acceptable cleanliness at the end of the stay despite the compulsory cleaning fee (empty bins, cleared breakfast, empty fireplace ...)
Cleaning fee of 110 euros compulsory per stay.
Linen rental optional 15 euros per bed.
Security deposit of 600 euros refundable no later than 15 days after.
The owners are not on site.

Our family of 6 (w/ grandparents) had a pleasant stay. The house is very spacious and is situated in a very quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Short distance to Le Touquet, Stella plage and many other things to see and do.
