Seasonal lake level notice: Beginning each fall, the Army Corps of Engineers lowers the water level of Lake Pend Oreille. Boat docks and lifts are typically inaccessible from late September until water levels return, usually by late June.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to this home and grounds. An open community lot is located several nearby for boat launching.



The Neighborhood:

Kaniksu Shores is a family oriented community that is 7 miles east of downtown Sandpoint. Quiet, serene and a great location to golf, skiing, hiking and all the outdoor activities in our area. The lots are huge here offering guests extremely large yards and areas to play.



Getting Around:

A car is recommended. This home is 1 hour and 40 minutes away from the Spokane International Airport.
