Welcome to Lake Mountain Lodge-a peaceful, memory-filled getaway tucked among the pines of North Idaho. Whether it's a snowy ski weekend, a sunny lake escape or a holiday with the whole family, this home was made for gathering and making lifelong memories. You're never far from adventure-but you'll feel miles away from it all.
• 10 minutes from Sandpoint
• 30 minutes from Schweitzer (ask about discounted lift tickets)
• Lake beach access
The Space:
Step into comfort and tranquility in this spacious 3000+ sq ft, multi-level home designed for connection and relaxation.
Main Floor:
• Living Room: Wood-burning fireplace, oversized windows, large smart TV-perfect for watching the big game or a family movie night
• Dining Room: A huge farmhouse-style table built for shared meals, puzzles, board games, and long laughs
• Kitchen: Fully stocked with everything you need to feed a crowd, a breakfast nook & pass-through bar
• Master Suite: King bed, private bath, TV/DVD, oversized ottoman style chair
• Additional full bath and a second bedroom with desk, closet, and a charming window seat for quiet moments
Loft:
• Cozy crow's nest with 3 twin beds, TV/DVD, and stunning views over the treetops through the living room windows
Downstairs:
• 2 full bathrooms
• 4 more bedrooms:
o King room
o Queen room
o "Kids' room" with a twin + lofted twin
(accessed by ladder)
o Private queen room near a full bath
o Rec Room: Stocked with board games, a
ping-pong table, toys, and room to play-
ideal for rainy afternoons or unplugged
evenings
Outdoor Spaces:
• Wraparound deck: Great for morning coffee or evening BBQs under the trees using the propane grill
• Spacious front & back yards for relaxing, playing, or wildlife spotting-keep an eye out for deer!
• 4 kayaks available for peaceful paddles on the lake
• Beach towels & swim noodles provided for summer fun
Guest Access:
Guests have access to the full 3,000+ sq ft home, front and back yards and wraparound deck. Community beach access is shared and limited to 2 hours/day.
Boat launching and landing are allowed, no docking. Boat trailers may be parked at the house only 1 minute from the beach. Keep in mind that driveway parking is limited and trailers may have to be backed in or out and parking space for vehicles/trailers may vary depending on size.
Other things to note:
• Max 16 guests (per community rule)
• Outdoor lights off by 9pm (no overnight lighting)
• Check in after 4 PM - Early check-in may be available, depending on previous day occupancy
• Check out by 10 AM - No late check-outs - We take pride in maintaining a high standard of cleanliness, and full turnover time is essential to prepare the home for the next guests.

Perfect Home Base for Families at Schweitzer!We stayed here with multiple families for a ski race weekend at Schweitzer, and we couldn't have asked for a better setup. If you are traveling with a large group or several families, this cabin is an absolute gem.Why We Loved It:- Ideal Room Layout: The "boys bunk room" and "girls bunk room" were a total game-changer. The kids had a blast having their own dedicated spaces, which kept the "big" house feeling organized and gave the adults some much-needed quiet time in the evenings.- Prime Location: Even with the pressure of early morning race starts, the drive to the mountain was incredibly quick and easy. We never felt like we were rushing to make it to the lifts on time.- Spacious & Welcoming: The cabin is large enough that everyone had room to spread out, dry out their gear, and relax after a long day on the slopes.We will definitely be looking to book this cabin again for next season!

We had a great stay in this beautiful and well appointed home! There was plenty of room for our large family to spread out and be comfortable, and the games we played abounded! The attention of our host, and the stunning view, made our visit complete!
