About this apartment rental

This wonderful two-bedroom apartment with a south-facing orientation offers its guests the best views and amenities, as it overlooks the crown jewel of Jávea and the golden sands of Arenal beach. With the complex's garden doors opening onto the Arenal, you are literally metres away from everything Jávea has to offer.



Inside, the apartment offers two spacious bedrooms, one double and another with two beds, with the possibility of a fifth folding bed if necessary. The spacious living-dining room opens onto the terrace overlooking the pool and gardens and is perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen is modern and has all the necessary appliances to prepare and cook meals for the family. The apartment also has hot and cold air conditioning units in the living room and hallway, and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.



The excellent location of La Gavina, just a few metres from the beach, allows guests to have a hassle-free holiday and perhaps even without a car. The attractive port and historic centre of Jávea are less than 3 km away, and there are also excellent golf courses within a 20-minute radius.



**Important Information**



1) Age Policy: Groups under 25 are not allowed (except families or young guests accompanied by adults staying in the property). Non-compliant bookings may be refused check-in without refund.



2) Winter Long Stays (1 Nov – 31 Mar): Stays of 31+ nights receive a special discount but utilities (electricity, water, gas) and weekly linen changes are not included. A €250 utilities prepayment is required; extra usage will be charged and unused amounts refunded.



3) Stays over 10 days: Spanish law requires signing a Non-Habitual / Temporary Housing Rental Contract

The Apartment is in an excellent position, the sun is in the rooms from approx midday until sunset over the hills. Good parking, and only a 5 minute walk to the sandy beach and the Arenal. It's so good we have rebooked it.

Plenty of space and very airy and a nice balcony with a view of the sea and the beach For a winter let the Living room electric heating was insufficient and you had to rely on the log burner which could be tricky to use unless you were used to them. As someone with limited mobility it was not ideal because of the number of steps that had to be negotiated
