Beach House Jávea - Penthouse with Private Rooftop Terrace

Great week long stay in this apartment, really lived up to the reviews and descriptions. Location is perfect, and everything here is new and modern, and it's in a very quiet and safe location. The apartment's pool is usually very quiet, and there's two sunloungers in the secure storage location around 50 yard away, as well as some pool inflatables, two beach umbrellas and two beach chairs, as well as 4 new bikes with locks (didn't get a chance to use them). Top floor main bedroom is perfect too with amazing views on both sides, and a great layout throughout the apartment. Very quiet location, and zero noise frm other apartments The beach is only a short walk away, and it brings you right in the middle of the bars & restauarants, and no shortage of great choices. First time in Javea, and loved it

Having to collect and leave off the the keys around 1 mile away, as a bit of hassle expecially as had to coordinate around getting a remote control gate being opened there, so this could've been a better especially after a long drive, but it was a small thing overall. Also the rooftop remote sun awning was a bit tempramental, and some days it didnt work at all, but again not a big thing, but just adding more for info

Todo fabuloso salvo la cerradura y el anfitrión. Siempre he tenido reviews excelentes.

La cerradura dio problemas desde que llegamos y al irnos el anitrión quiso cobrarnos 700€ (700!!!) por un cerrajero, porque esta no abría. Además se quejó, de que hubiese bolitas de comida que se habían caído del comedero de mi perro (pesa 3kg, imaginad la cantidad de bolitas que serían) y que el apartamento no estaba limpio. Limpié las encimeras, bolsa de basura cerrada junto a la salida al lavadero (por la hora no se podían bajar al cubo). Si pago limpieza, si le parece voy a fregar el suelo? Un caradura, fue muy desagradable.

This apartment is of the scale, its like we had won the lottery, its very very clean, everything you need, it blew us a way how clean and nice the apartment is, we have been visiting Javea since 2015, we never thought we find a place quite like this, we loved it that much we rebooked for 2026 within 10 mins of walking in the place! roll on 2026
