Arenal Dream Javea, luxury beach apartment

Mooi, ruim, schoon appartement dichtbij het strand (<5 minuten lopen). Makkelijk parkeren, supermarkten op rij afstand met de auto, loopafstand van strand, boulevard en restaurantjes

Net, schoon en mooi ingericht appartement welke bereikbaar is met een lift, erg prettig! Javea is een prachtige plaats en je kunt lopen naar het strand. Echt een plus!

Het is een beetje gehorig en het zwembad bevindt zich bij het buur-appartement (je moet een weg oversteken).

Location was excellent. Easy walk to bars and restaurants. We used Javea as a base as we explored the Costa Blanca. Parking was convenient on the street. We never had to search for a spot. The patio was large enough to really enjoy. Living room area was comfortable for lounging. Kitchen was well equipped and had ample storage. But most importantly we loved how quiet it was. Peaceful setting of a park for a view. We’d highly recommend.

Apartment with potential, large, close to the beach and restaurants, but…

Terribly cold in the apartment without any action from the owner. No hot water on the first day because someone forgot to turn on the boiler. For those arriving in summer, I warn you, there's only one air conditioning unit for four rooms. The washing machine was moldy—I have photos—and the iron was dirty—unusable. The apartment was supposedly cleaned, but the details were dirty. Communication with the owner was very poor. They responded about the power outage after six hours. The power outage occurred because the air conditioning (heating), dishwasher, and boiler (heating the hot water) were running at the same time. And worst of all, the owners blamed everything—the staff, the weather, but not for any omissions.
