Luxury Apartments Golden Beach Javea

Amabilidad de los anfitriones, llegamos muy tarde y nos esperaron sin problema. Apartamento muy amplio y completamente equipado. Playa del Arenal a 10 minutos a pie.

LA AMABILIDAD DE LOS PROPIETARIOS. Nos dejaron un detallito al entrar y dejan papel wc, gel, champú, servilletas, alguna pastilla de cafe, aceite, sal, vinagre, etc.... Estan pendientes para resolver enseguida cualquier duda o incidente que pueda sugir.... El apartamento es bastante amplio y tiene menaje de sobra para pasar una estancia muy comoda.. Terracita amplia y con el Aire Acondicionado en el interior se está genial....

The apartment was clean and tidy the bed was comfortable the facilities and location were very good, the owner met us at the property and was very polite and helpful.

Its location is as great. It was also a nice size although that’s for 3 of us, I think more people it would have been a squeeze.

We were disappointed in the owners support with what we thought was an alarm going off every evening for hours into the morning. We didn’t sleep much at all. Instantly, they were defensive and said it was outside the apartment and nothing to do with them. They said they had contacted the property management company and they had no other reports but that’s not true as we spoke to 3 other couples in the block who said it had been reported. Turns out it was an owl so not a lot anyone could do but we would have appreciated more effort of support. The apartment is marketed as luxury but it’s not luxury. The towels provided were old, stained and worn and we were unable to move the shower heads. The water was intermittent hot and cold. You can also hear every noise from upstairs, especially when they go to the toilet!!! The master bedroom had a lot of black hairs around the floor and one was also attached to a dirty plaster round the side of the bed.
