Luxury Apartments Golden Beach Javea

Ubicación excelente, a 5 minutos andando de la playa del Arenal, en una urbanización tranquila. Muy bien equipado, con aire acondicionado, cama muy grande, la comodidad de los 2 baños. La anfitriona muy correcta tuvo un bonito detalle de bienvenida. La piscina fenomenal para refrescarse con tanto calor. Cerca de sipermercado, farmacia, restaurantes...Merece la pena.

La piscina necesita un buen arreglo, hay mucho gresite suelto.

Main bathroom shower head broken so won’t stay on wall

Everything was perfect. Great location, a 5-minute walk from El Arenal, with convenience stores and cafe shops on the way too. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and had everything you needed.

Its location is as great. It was also a nice size although that’s for 3 of us, I think more people it would have been a squeeze.

We were disappointed in the owners support with what we thought was an alarm going off every evening for hours into the morning. We didn’t sleep much at all. Instantly, they were defensive and said it was outside the apartment and nothing to do with them. They said they had contacted the property management company and they had no other reports but that’s not true as we spoke to 3 other couples in the block who said it had been reported. Turns out it was an owl so not a lot anyone could do but we would have appreciated more effort of support. The apartment is marketed as luxury but it’s not luxury. The towels provided were old, stained and worn and we were unable to move the shower heads. The water was intermittent hot and cold. You can also hear every noise from upstairs, especially when they go to the toilet!!! The master bedroom had a lot of black hairs around the floor and one was also attached to a dirty plaster round the side of the bed.
