Bruno and Helene are very welcoming hosts and their apartment is in a great location with a stunning view, we spent most evenings sat enjoying it.This property is their home that they rent out for the summer, it is lovely but a little tired in places and we felt it wasn't as clean as we would of expected on arrival.Close to the beach but not the 1 minute stated in details, it's easily 10 minutes uphill but close enough to enjoy the area on foot. Also be aware that although not stated in the pre booking details, you will be asked to pay 75 for your end of stay clean or clean it yourself ready for the next guests.

Just returned from a one week holiday in Théoule sur mer. The property is perfect, lovely terrace to sit out and bbq each night. You can buy bread and fruit locally from a little van most mornings and there is a local beach with safe swimming all within walking distance. We hired a car from the airport and visited Monaco, Cannes, and Antibes. The area of Théoule is beautiful with a dramatic coastline, I would definitely recommend Hélène’s property.

We really enjoyed our stay in this location. The view was incredible and the space was just what we needed. Would love to return in the near future!
