Nestled in the heart of the Rambouillet national forest, this 127 m² detached house offers an incomparable setting, not overlooked and far from any visual disturbance. Immerse yourself in nature and discover an exceptional environment. Enjoy direct access to a fishing pond of approximately 600 m².
Ground floor: Large living room with period fireplaces (working) and cathedral ceiling, flat-screen TV (HDI cable), access to a wooden terrace overlooking a natural pond and the forest. Separate living room with library area. Narrow kitchen equipped with a dishwasher and direct access to the garden.
Upstairs: Two separate and cozy bedrooms (period woodwork, decorative fireplaces). One bedroom offers a breathtaking view of the pond (three single beds 90*190), a second bedroom with a view of the park (one double bed 160*190). Bathroom (bathtub, toilet, washing machine, sink).
ALL-INCLUSIVE accommodation (utilities, sheets, towels, cleaning). This fisherman's cottage, hidden in the heart of the woods, is distinguished by its pretty bell tower and antique woodwork. Situated in a clearing overlooking numerous varieties of trees and the sky, it overlooks a small (unsecured) pond that acts as a mirror.
The setting is a true haven of peace, where you're sure to find relaxation and rejuvenation. A deep sense of returning to nature will overwhelm you. If you're discreet and respectful of this environment, it will reciprocate by allowing you to glimpse the animals that inhabit it in the evening or morning: roe deer, does, and perhaps a stag, wild boar, wild ducks and geese, dragonflies, butterflies, and all the birds of the forest.
Biking tours with the owner are available. South of the Haute Vallée de Chevreuse Regional Natural Park, 8 km from Rambouillet (hiking and castle), 9 km from Rochefort en Yvelines Golf Course.
