Ideal floor plan encourages outdoor living with an expansive lanai, sun baked swimming pool, private backyard, brand new BBQ grill, and much more. With its large single story floor plan, this home is the ideal setting for your vacation!
You will be able to enjoy home cooked meals at this location as it is well equipped and offers everything you would need. It includes modern kitchen appliances such as; blender, toaster oven, two microwaves, air fryer, coffee maker, full kitchen, and ample cookware. It has a recently installed LG double oven to make home cooked meals for you and your friends & family.
Solar pool heating has been upgraded and includes three different types of solar; solar water heating, 28 photovoltaic panels, also 8 panels for the swimming pool for an excellent heated pool experience that many families enjoy.
Free mainland long distance/fax/wireless Internet. This property has a printer if you intend on working while you stay there and require printing services.
