About this apartment rental
The "palazzo" was built around 1200.The apartment has been completely renovated but it has kept its old flavour and character. It has one living room full of light with armchairs, dining table ,a furnished kitchen with fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso, french press and italian coffee machine. There are 2 bedrooms with big beds and 2 complete bathrooms (one is attached to the bedroom and the other one just in front of the second bedroom) , a small balcony, AC in each room, central heating, free wi fi, . It's located on the 2nd floor but there is a lift (which is very unusual in Florence). The decoration is a mix of antique, ethnic and modern pieces; art books. The floor and the ceilings are made of wood with delicate pastel colors. Linens and towels are furnished. I also provide basic amenities (coffee, teas, sugar, sicilian olive oil house made etc...)
You are right in the heart of Santa croce neighbourhood, 5 minutes walk from the main sightseeings. There is a grocery store close by and a street full of coffee shops and nice restaurants.
It is also very quiet . Good nights sleep is secured!

Our stay in Florence was absolutely wonderful. The hosts were gracious and allowed us to drop our luggage earlier than check-in, which was much appreciated. The location was great and most importantly, the bedrooms were super quiet and dark. We’d highly recommend this VRBO!

The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and charming. Someone in our party said it possessed an authentic Italian vibe. Each and every room was well appointed with everything one needs in that respective room... the kitchen! the bathrooms! the living room! the bedrooms! And the beds were very comfortable. Our host Marie was very responsive and provided excellent and comprehensive instructions, especially with the building's character and associated nuances. And as an upper floor unit, it was very quiet considering its location in the bustling city. Great stay... thanks!

Communicated with host great prior to arrival. When communicating prior to arrival I asked for address which she provided . Upon arrival address was incorrect and we had to wait 1 hour outside until resolved . While confirmation gas correct address no cell service where I was prevented me from confirming . Additionally shower door broken and not fixed while we were there
