Charming village house, in visible Caen stones offering a warm atmosphere. Located in the heart of the village of Ouistreham, near its Saint-Samson church and its Grange aux Dîmes, both classified as historic monuments. Close to all shops, 950 m from the beach and 500 m from the port, park at 200m.
Many activities nearby: Cinema and bus line (Luc-sur-Mer / Caen) at 50m, cycle track at 500m, indoor games for children at 5mn, sailing school, horse riding, fish auction, small market on Tuesday morning.
