Situation parfaite, au calme.
Propreté ! Moquette sale, cela fait un moment qu'elle n'a pas vu l'aspirateur. Croûte de pain séchée sous la table, feuille de salade devant le canapé... Linge de lit tout froissé, roulé en boule, on a peine à croire qu'il était fraîchement lavé. Peu ragoûtant.

Température extérieure moyenne 38/40°. En temps normal pour la saison, excellent rapport qualité/prix. Secteur très calme.
Température 38/40°. Aucun moyen pour occulter les ardeurs du soleil dans la pièce à vivre. Au minimum, un simple ventilateur serait peut-être le bien venu.
