Detached, single-story cottage of 65m² facing the owners' house and close to the Thoiry Zoo.
Entrance into a beautiful living room with a corner sofa and 120cm flat-screen TV. An open-plan, fully equipped kitchen includes a fridge-freezer, 4 ceramic hobs, a fan-assisted oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, and a Nespresso coffee maker.
A bathroom with a 120x90cm walk-in shower and sink, and a separate toilet. Two bedrooms, each with two 90x190cm beds.
A master suite with a 160x190cm bed, an 80cm flat-screen TV, a desk for working from home, and a private bathroom with a 90x90cm shower stall, sink, and toilet. Baby equipment is available.
Private, gated parking for 2 vehicles. Private, enclosed, 500m² garden, not overlooked, in the heart of a woodland setting with a terrace, garden furniture, barbecue, and ping-pong table.
Electric heating with utilities included, sheets and towels provided, and final cleaning included.
