About this apartment rental
If you are looking for Mountain views and a place close to downtown Gatlinburg and the ski slopes then this is the condo for you! Our condo offers amazing views of Mount Leconte, Downtown Gatlinburg, and Ober Gatlinburg Ski Resort. The view from the balcony offer some of the best views in the summit. This condo is updated and clean, and is located above Gatlinburg at the Gatlinburg Summit. The summit is a peaceful resort featuring a year round indoor heated pool, hot tubs as well as a seasonal outdoor pool. The Indoor pool is opened until 9:45 nightly.
Bedrooms: Our unit has two Bedrooms. The Master Bedroom offers a queen size bed with mattress pads and plenty of pillows and comfortable sheets. The Guest bedroom has two twin beds. Both Bedrooms have TV's with Cable. Each room is nicely decorated, has flat screen smart TV's. Both rooms offer incredible views of Mt. Leconte.
Bathrooms: our unit has two bathrooms that are nicely decorated with fresh clean bath towels wash clothes and hand towels. We provide shampoo, conditioner and body wash located in each shower.
Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully functional featuring stainless steel appliances. Kitchen is stocked with plates, pots, pans, silverware, glasses, and cups. Other features include microwave, dishwasher and kitchen table for four.
Living room: Features include comfortable leather couch and chair, throws and pillows. Nice extra seating area by the window. Centered in the living room is a cozy wood burning fireplace. 32' flat screen TV with DVD player, games and a few DVDs. Spectacular views of the mountains and of downtown Gatlinburg. Sliding glass door that leads to the balcony with amazing unobstructed views of downtown Gatlinburg, Mount Leconte and Ober Gatlinburg.
The Summit is located only 3 miles from Downtown Gatlinburg and about 1.5 mile from Ober Gatlinburg Ski slopes. Area attractions are easily accessible from the Summit.

1. What Linens are included? - We provide linens for beds, bath towels, and wash cloths. If you are not accustomed to reusing bath towels you may need to bring a few with you, also don't forget your beach towels for the pool and hot tubs.
2. What household supplies are provided? - We get you started with 1 roll of paper towels, at least 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, dish detergent, at least 2 dishwasher pods, and kitchen trash bags.
3. What does the Kitchen include? -The kitchen is stocked with everything you would expect in a normal kitchen plus a toaster, various pots and pans, wine glasses, and a regular coffee pot.
4. Does the Complex have a grill?- Yes! there is a gas grill area next to the main clubhouse/office building.
5. Do you allow Pets? - No. Pets are not allowed at the Summit.
6. Is there a community club house and pool area? - Yes! the complex has a indoor pool area with two hot tubs, and a game room. There is also a seasonal outdoor pool available for guest use. The community club house also has a small game room and a coin laundry.
7. Do you provide fire wood?- No, be sure to pick up some, as well as starter logs at the onsite club house/office area during regular business hours, Firewood is $6.00 a bundle, the grocery store or gas station on your way in.
8. When will I get the address and access infromation to the Condo? - We will message the door code, and directions at least 2-5 days prior to your check in date.
9. What time is Check in and Check out? - You can check in any time after 3PM and you must check out prior to 11 am on the day of your departure.
10. What type of internet do you provide? - We provide unlimited gigabit internet with wi-fi.
11. Are there any days where check-in or Check-out is not permitted?- The only two days that we do not allow check-in or check-out are Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day.

Place was clean and nice. Way up in the mountain gives a good view! Parking was very easy with a large parking lot. Host was very communicative. We didn’t use the fireplace, but there was one. A few things I’ll say that doesn’t have anything to do with the host and more about the construction of the property itself: the walls/floors/ceilings are PAPER THIN. You can hear EVERYTHING going on around you. This was never much of a problem for us, but I felt bad for others around us that may have heard our crying children. Another thing, the space where the refrigerator is isn’t very large. If the fridge is scooted too far to the left, the door gets stuck open, if it’s scooted too far to the right, the door won’t open all the way. Didn’t affect us much, just had to make sure it was shut. The faucet in the master bathroom is backwards - so the knob that would traditionally be hot is cold and visa-versa. Not a huge deal to us, just something to know. We had a great time during our stay! Definitely recommend for the views alone!

This place was absolutely amazing! The view alone is worth the stay — waking up to the Smoky Mountains every morning was just beautiful. The sunrise in from of us with a cup of coffee is amazing.The cabin was very clean, cozy, and exactly as described. It didn’t feel like anything was missing because the view and peaceful atmosphere made up for it.The location was perfect.— close to downtown Gatlinburg but still quiet and relaxing. Bears were spot in the parking lot on the way up or down the town round 8-9PM Communication with the host was easy and everything went smoothly.

The condo is beautiful. The views are beautiful. We enjoyed our stay, the only issue was loud upstairs neighbors.

Mountain views were great. Watched the sunrise both mornings. Everything was conveniently thought out. Only negatives were no soap in one bathroom. We just used the Palmolive from the kitchen. Some of the electrical outlets weren't working/ loose as phone chargers wouldn't charge as connection wasn't tight. Overall would definitely recommend
