About this house rental
Cozy Cottage has everything you and your family need for a relaxing getaway, featuring a renovated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house on a private 0.8 acre wooded lot with a 180 ft. waterfront and a spectacular panoramic view of the cove and lake. It has a well stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer, 3 cable flat screen TVs, and Wi Fi internet access. There is a spacious living area, an enclosed porch and a large deck with a gas grill (with an extra propane tank.)
It also features a fire pit,
a picnic table, a sand beach, 3 kayaks, an excellent swimming area and a great cove for water skiing, tubing, sailing, boating, and fishing. **5/26/26-Please be aware that the area is currently in a drought and lake levels are low. The on site boat ramp is not usable. Use caution boating and diving. Kindly avoid excess water usage.**

the kitchen was nice but really needs new pots pans and skillets they were awful rusty. the lake view was amazing, really was hoping the fish were biting but they werent.. but I loved it. the house needs a good cleaning lots of dust bunnies and the floors were nasty.

Very nice property. We loved the kayaks and having our pups along. Would stay again. It was inconvenient to find 2 empty propane tanks and no reply from the host but other than that, everything was perfect.

Very friendly host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. The boat ramp and dock was very convenient.
