About this house rental
Cozy Cottage has everything you and your family need for a relaxing getaway, featuring a renovated 3 bedroom/2 bathroom house on a private 0.8 acre wooded lot with a 180 ft. waterfront and a spectacular panoramic view of the cove and lake. It has a well stocked kitchen, dishwasher, washer & dryer, 3 cable flat screen TVs, and Wi Fi internet access. There is a spacious living area, an enclosed porch and a large deck with a gas grill (with an extra propane tank.)
It also features a fire pit,
a picnic table, a sand beach, 3 kayaks, an excellent swimming area and a great cove for water skiing, tubing, sailing, boating, and fishing. **8/3/26-Please be aware that the area is currently in a drought. Lake levels are lower than usual, but are improving. The on site boat ramp is still not usable. Use caution boating and diving. Kindly avoid excess water usage.**

Our stay was very peaceful. House was clean and we appreciated the convenience of laundry and dishwasher on site . We loved the lake front and enjoyed kayaking and swimming .
