Welcome to Denver! This is a great home for those looking for a place to stay while visiting family or a quick weekend retreat away from the city. Explore all Lake Norman has to offer or head over for a day trip to Charlotte. This property has been on Airbnb for 2 years and has a 4.73 Rating and 56 Reviews. • Evidence of smoking, vaping, or marijuana use indoors will result in additional cleaning and odor-remediation charges.
• Guests will be responsible for all costs associated with odor removal, including ozone treatment, deep cleaning, damaged linens, and any loss of revenue caused by the property being unavailable to future guests.
• A minimum $500 cleaning fee may be charged for violations.
No Parties or Events
• No parties, events, gatherings, or unauthorized guests are permitted on the property at any time.
• This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Please be respectful of our neighbors.
• Unauthorized parties, events, or excessive noise may result in immediate termination of your stay without refund.
• Violations may result in charges of up to $2,000, in addition to any damages, cleaning, or other costs incurred.
Quiet Hours
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
• Please keep outdoor noise and music to a minimum during these hours.
Pet Policy
• Dogs weighing 30 pounds or less are welcome with a $75 non-refundable pet fee.
• Dogs over 30 pounds require prior approval from the host before booking.
• Guests traveling with service animals are asked to notify us in advance.
• Cats are not permitted on the property.
• Pets are not allowed on beds, couches, chairs, or other furniture.
• Additional cleaning fees may be charged if excessive pet hair is found on bedding, linens, furniture, rugs, carpeting, or other areas requiring specialized cleaning.
• Guests are responsible for any damage caused by their pets.
• Pets should not be left unattended for extended periods unless properly crated.
• Please note that while the backyard may be fenced, smaller dogs should always be supervised outdoors.

• Leave used towels in the bathroom.
• Check for personal belongings, including under beds, in closets, and in drawers.
• Log out of any streaming services you used during your stay.
• Dispose of trash in the designated outdoor containers.
• If your stay includes Sunday night, please roll the trash container to the street for Monday morning pickup.
• Send a quick message when you check out so we can notify our cleaning team.
• Excessive cleaning beyond normal turnover may be billed at $150 per hour.
Lockbox & Property Access
• Backup lockboxes are available in the event of smart lock failure.
• If you experience any issues accessing the property, please contact the host immediately.
Well Water & Septic System
• This home is serviced by a private well and septic system.
• The water is safe, clean, and regularly maintained.
• Please be mindful of water usage, especially with larger groups. Running multiple showers, laundry loads, and other high-water-use appliances simultaneously may temporarily reduce water pressure.

Place was great. Comfortable, nice area. My only negative is that there isn’t much close by. Things aren’t so far, between 15-20 miles, but the traffic to the north and the south of Lake Norman really slows things down. Other than that this is a great place and location and would recommend.

The VRBO and Host could not have been any better. The Host was right on top of everything and the home is awesome and in a quiet neighborhood off the beaten path. We will definitely return to this one.
