Literally steps away from an expansive white sandy beach, it offers exclusive access to a private beach completely closed to any public access. Beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, children’s toys, and beach games are provided for your fun and convenience.

Bring your friends and family and come have the luxury beach vacation you've always wanted! Pets are welcome with a $100 per pet fee. List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of kitchen paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We provide beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella's, bicycles & a GAS BBQ grill which is located in the Garage. .
Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON DUNE. USE CROSSOVER AT END OF STREET.
Please keep sand off the furniture and clean the grill after each use.
Please rinse all sand off before enjoying the Jacuzzi
Trash days are Monday & Thursday.
Lawn care takes place on Mondays.
Check-out time by 10:00 am.
Before departing, Please do the following:
- Remove bedding and towels and leave in the laundry room
- Load & start dishwasher
- Take the trash out to the garage.
- Please check for leftover items, and don't forget your electronics and chargers.
- Turn all the lights on and close the door.

We recommend coming by car. Uber service is available upon request.

Please do not climb the dunes outside of the designated areas! Please watch for our turtles safely nesting on the beach!

clos enough to the beach, good views from the top porch, cozy reading/eating spot on lower porch. Very clean, well equipped, nice back yard for the bulldog, and easy communications with manager. Our second visit here, probably not our last

1. The house was clean; kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed. 2. Very warm upstairs and there was a note near the thermostat saying not to set it lower than 75 degrees. My son was pretty uncomfortable at night. Thank goodness there was a fan. 3. The lawn guy showed up unannounced on Monday and I was woken up by the sound of the weed eater right outside the bedroom window. On Thursday I saw a man with a net leave the backyard. I assume he was cleaning the hot tub, but he didn’t ring the doorbell first so I’m not sure. If my dog had been in the backyard when these guys showed up, it could’ve been a problem. On Wednesday the exterminator showed up but at least he rang the doorbell to make us aware of his presence. If a property is advertised as pet friendly, the management or the workmen should let the tenants know they are there before going into the fenced yard.
