Entire family of 11 stayed here quite comfortably. LARGE spacious kitchen and home perfect for our family and plenty of parking for three large vehicles. Minor issues upon arrival were quickly handled. The only reason I didn't give five stars was outside pool area was somewhat dirty and solar heated pool temp was incredible hot.. definitely recommend staying here!

Upon entering the home we realized that the home was more beautiful in person. The home is spacious and definitely served for a nice family getaway. The only issue was the roaches (two were dead when we arrived), we immediately notified the PM Beth when we saw some live roaches and she came over and sprayed the house as it was the weekend and that seemed to solve the problem as it was only one dead one after that. Overall, the home is beautiful and the pool area was serene. Quiet neighborhood.

The property is good. All facilities except pool worked as advertised. The owner was very responsive to queries initially, but stopped responding after reporting few serious concerns in the last few days of vacation. Pool turned out to be an ultimate disappointment for kids and adults. It never functioned as a heated pool as advertised; blame it on cold weather, blame it on solar heater; blame it on lack of knowledge from tenant on not trying to understand how solar heater works; Within a week of vacation, the first 2 days were extreme cold ( Sunday and Monday); weather improved starting Tuesday and Wednesday and Thursday had great FL beach weather; but pool alone continued to be cold.. Requested the owner for a compensation or to validate if pool is getting heated up, only to hear that it’s functioning as expected. As a small advice to the owner, kindly don’t post that you have a heated pool. This was the main reason for us and kids to select the property and turned out to be a major disappointment.
