Bring your friends and family and come have the luxury beach vacation you've always wanted! Pets are welcome with a $100 per pet fee. List of what is provided: Your vacation home will have basic starter supplies for your arrival. This includes toilet paper , shampoo, conditioner, and bath soap. Also included are bath towels, hand towels, washcloths, linens, a hairdryer, an iron, an ironing board. We stock the house with toilet paper (1-2 rolls per bathroom) and one roll of kitchen paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked as far as dishes, pots, pans and cooking utensils. We provide beach chairs, beach toys, umbrella's, bicycles & a GAS BBQ grill which is located in the Garage. .
Please let us know if you need any specific items for the kitchen so we can try to accommodate you prior to arrival. We look forward to having you enjoy your stay!
PLEASE DO NOT WALK ON DUNE. USE CROSSOVER AT END OF STREET.
Please keep sand off the furniture and clean the grill after each use.
Please rinse all sand off before enjoying the Jacuzzi
Trash days are Monday & Thursday.
Lawn care takes place on Mondays.
Check-out time by 10:00 am.
Before departing, Please do the following:
- Remove bedding and towels and leave in the laundry room
- Load & start dishwasher
- Take the trash out to the garage.
- Please check for leftover items, and don't forget your electronics and chargers.
- Turn all the lights on and close the door.

If you are looking for a big beautiful home near the beach, this is it! In an area with the “real Florida” feel that is not commercialized with quaint restaurants and cafes, this is the place to be. The Washington Oaks state Park (walking distance) is stunning and a definite must see! Steps away, the beach is beautiful and not crowed or busy.

The house was clean and beautiful. It was situated very close to the beach and the views from the second story balcony was so nice. The a/c worked great.There were a few things that would have made our stay better. The hot tub was not working properly. Only half of the jets worked in the hot tub I guess because it was very aged. The tires on the bikes were flat.The remotes to the living room did not work properly. It took me hours to figure out the right ones since none of them were labeled. Then when I found the right remote the DVD would not play. Over all it was a pleasant experience and we would stay again.

We loved the house—it had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was missing a few items, but we were able to DoorDash what we needed and even left them behind for the next guests.We were a little disappointed with the check-in process. Our paperwork stated we could check in at 12, but the house wasn’t ready, and we were told it was a mix-up. It was also mentioned in the listing/discussion that a golf cart would be included, but unfortunately, it wasn’t available. The hottub did not work properly as well as the bathtub in the master bedroom.Other than those issues, everything was perfect, and we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely be booking the house again
