Villa Giani is a fantastic house in Annone di Brianza 10 km far from Lecco, 22 km from Como and 38 km from Milan. It is located in the places made famous by Italian novelist Alessandro Manzoni. You can enjoy the view of Lake Annone, beautiful alpine mountains like Resegone and Grigna. The villa is a charming aristocratic country house built in the eighteenth century. Completely renovated, it is surrounded by a 6,000 sqm garden full of ancient trees. Inside you can admire frescoes of the eighteenth century, fine antique furnitures, paintings and furnishings. The spaces available are very wide and are made of two large rooms on the ground floor and two living rooms on the first floor, all on the garden level. Visitors can make the experience of living in an old villa and enjoy the atmosphere at a very reasonable price. The villa is located in a charming, green area of Brianza that offers the possibility of walking around the lake. Also ideal for those who practice golf being a couple of miles from an 18-hole golf course. The location is also very convenient for visiting the villages of the Valtellina mountains, such as Bormio, and Saint Moritz in the near by Switzerland. You can make excursions on Lake Como by boat departing from Lecco and reach famous places like Bellagio, Menaggio, Varenna, the wonderful Laglio and of course Como. THE VILLA IS AVAILABLE FOR RENT, FOR EVENTS LIKE WEDDINGS, PARTIES, COMPANY'S MEETINGS AND CONVENTIONS. On request you can have breakfast and the cook's service. You can also count on the presence of a housekeeper. In winter the heating is on consumption. Just outside the villa you can find an old trattoria, a food store and a pizzeria.
